Mission Statement:
The New Jersey Creative Arts Collaborative (NJCAC) is a non-profit organization whose goal is to inform, inspire and illuminate artists of color by sharing and broadening ulctural awareness through the creation of original content and partnership opportunities with avocationals*, students and professionals.
NJCAC is project-oriented and our mission is accomplished by producing a variety of festivals, workshops and special events focused on enhancing and showcasing artists’ skills specifically in theatre (acting, dance and music), film, literature and visual art.
*An avocation is a hobby or any other activity taken up in addition to one's regular work; it may especially refer to something that is a person's "true" passion or interest.
